Managers only care about numbers and profit and the rules are very rarely followed by the servers or bartenders when it comes to providing proper service- guests constantly are over served and nobody takes it serious! Serving on the floor is split amongst servers but if you’re new nobody will give you a chance at serving on the better side of the floor.the “rotation” they follow is a crock and given to the server with the highest sales which is by the senior staff. Management is the worst I have ever encountered-micro managed, favoritism, drama, gossiping, belittling, and that’s just in reference to the management team! Absolutely horrendous when it comes to training newcomers-probably better off if you come prepared to embrace the struggle while being made to look like an idiot. Everyone seems kind to start but that quickly fades away.
